Ticket inspection and fines

During a ticket inspection, please spontaneously show your ticket to the ticket inspector. If you haven’t got a valid ticket, you will be required to show official identification. A report (PV) will then be drawn up by the ticket inspector.

Where and how should fines be paid?

  • Paying on the spot to the ticket inspector: the amount of the fixed fine is reduced.
  • In the TANGO Shop within 48 hours (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays): 13 Rue Régale in Nîmes (open Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm and Saturday from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm).

Paying within 48 hours saves you the processing fees.

To save time, you can pay the fine directly on our site.

  • By post: Send a cheque, payable to Transdev Nîmes Mobilité - Service Infractions 388 avenue Robert Bompard - 30020 NIMES CEDEX (write the reference number of the fine and the name on the back of the cheque)

If you do not settle within two months of the offence being established, your file will be sent to the court. The offender then becomes automatically liable to pay an increased fixed fine to the TRÉSOR PUBLIC which can go from 180 € to 375 €.
